PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY GNK INDUSTRIAL
GNK Industrial will process personal identification data, including your personal image through photographs and/or videos, authentication data, contact information, employment-related personal data, physical characteristics, academic data, financial data, demographic data, technical data about the device(s) you use to access our platforms and/or technological tools, and financial data to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice.
Additionally, we inform you that to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy notice, the following sensitive personal data, requiring special protection, will be processed: biometric personal data, personal data related to your present and/or future health status, as well as ideological personal data. We inform you that the processing of such data is necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship between you and GNK Industrial, which is why your consent is exempted.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FROM MINORS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
We inform you that personal data collected from minors and individuals with cognitive disabilities will be collected exclusively with the consent of the parent, guardian, and/or person with parental authority to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice. Therefore, by providing personal data of minors, it is understood that such data is provided by the parent, guardian, and/or person with parental authority. Under no circumstances will we directly collect personal data from minors and/or individuals with cognitive disabilities.

In case of being randomly selected, conduct medical examinations to prevent and avoid health risks, as well as urine, blood, or any other type of tests to detect the use of narcotics and illicit substances, as well as tests to detect intoxication in the work area.
Comply with and enforce our policies, internal procedures, investigations, and requirements of competent authorities founded and motivated in terms of applicable regulations.
Comply with the obligations established in applicable regulations.
The personal information we collect is used for the business of GNK Industrial, including establishing, managing, or terminating your employment relationship with GNK Industrial, as well as the following:

We inform you that you cannot object to GNK Industrial ceasing the processing of your data for the primary and necessary purposes mentioned above, as the processing is necessary to fulfill obligations arising from the relationship between you and GNK Industrial.
SECONDARY PURPOSES
Additionally, with your consent, GNK Industrial will process your personal data for the following additional purposes, which are not necessary for the requested service but allow and facilitate better attention:
Send you promotional information about courses, diplomas, seminars, symposiums, workshops, and events.
Use your personal image, whether through photos and/or videos, in various physical and/or electronic media, including official social networks of GNK Industrial and official media of GNK Industrial for the purpose of preparing informational, promotional, and/or promotional material.

The refusal to use your personal data for additional purposes cannot be a reason to deny you internal services or to terminate the relationship established with us.
BASIS FOR THE LEGITIMACY OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
GNK Industrial may process your personal data to comply with the contractual legal relationship with you, so, in terms of the applicable data protection regulations, your consent is not required, as the processing is supported by the contractual relationship perfected between the parties.
In those cases where the processing of your personal data could not be based on the legal relationship sustained with GNK Industrial, we will obtain your consent.
If you do not want GNK Industrial to transfer your personal data for those transfers for which your consent is necessary, we ask that you send an email to kmunoz@gnkindustrial.com, where you will be attended to promptly. The fact that you oppose the communication of your personal data will not be an impediment to fulfill the obligations arising from the legal relationship with you.
ARCO RIGHTS AND/OR CONSENT REVOCATION
You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to the Personal Data Protection Officer of GNK Industrial at the email address kmunoz@gnkindustrial.com.
Your request must be made through the completion of the Request to Exercise ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent (hereinafter "Request"), which you can request by email at kmunoz@gnkindustrial.com and which contains all the elements to address the exercise of your right and/or revocation of consent in accordance with the regulations.
For the Personal Data Protection Officer of GNK Industrial to be able to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly verify your identity, so it is necessary that you complete all the fields indicated in the Request and accompany it with a copy of one of the official identifications mentioned below:
Voter ID card.
Passport.
Military service card.
Professional ID.
Postal identity card (issued by SEPOMEX).
Certificate or proof of studies.
IMSS affiliation credential.
ISSSTE affiliation credential.
Migration document attesting to the legal stay of the foreigner in the country.
In case the information provided in the Request is incorrect or insufficient, or if the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, the Personal Data Protection Officer, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, may request that you provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to address the requirement, counted from the day following receipt. If you do not respond within this period, the corresponding request will be considered not submitted.

The Committee for the Protection of Personal Data will communicate the decision made within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, so that, if deemed appropriate, it can be implemented within fifteen (15) business days following the communication of the response. The response will be provided electronically to the email address specified in the request.
LIMITATION OF USE AND/OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending your request to GNK Industrial at the email address kmunoz@gnkindustrial.com. If your request is deemed appropriate, you will be registered on GNK Industrial's own exclusion list. For more information, please contact our personal data protection officer at GNK Industrial.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
GNK Industrial will process your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this Privacy Notice. During the term of the legal relationship we have with you and, once the latter is fulfilled, for as long as necessary to comply with the obligations established by the applicable regulations for GNK Industrial's activities.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
GNK Industrial will notify you of changes or updates to this privacy notice through the email kmunoz@gnkindustrial.com and subsequently by accessing your Privacy Notice.
